Roger Kay (1921–2001) was a director and producer. Born in Cairo, Egypt, he held master's degrees in law and music and a doctorate in psychology from the Sorbonne. He directed at the Grand Guignol theatre in Paris before working in film and television.

Kay directed one episode of the series *The Twilight Zone* (1963) and episodes of *Perry Mason* (1957–1959). His feature films include *The Cabinet of Caligari* (1962), which he also produced, and *Shootout at Big Sag* (1962), which he wrote. He later directed the French film *La puce et le privé* (1981).
