Ronnie Baxter is a British television producer and director. He was born in 1931.

Baxter produced and directed episodes of the sitcom *Rising Damp* (1974–1977). He held similar roles on *Oh No It's Selwyn Froggitt* (1974–1978) and produced *High & Dry* (1987).

His other credits include producing and directing episodes of *In Loving Memory* (1969–1986) and *Never Mind the Quality, Feel the Width* (1967–1971). He won one BAFTA Award.
