Rosemary McGowan is a British television producer. She has worked extensively on comedy and drama series for the BBC and other broadcasters.

Her credits include producing later episodes and specials of *Jonathan Creek* (from 2010), as well as *After You've Gone* (2007–2008), *Eyes Down* (2003–2004), *Being Eileen* (2011–2013), *Sandylands* (2020–2021) and the *Professor Branestawm* television films (2014–2015). She has also produced *The Good Karma Hospital* and *Gangsta Granny Strikes Again* (2022).

McGowan received BAFTA nominations for Best Sitcom in 2002 and for a Children's Award in 2015.
