## Biography

Rosie Alison is a British film producer. She joined David Heyman’s Heyday Films in 2001 after more than a decade producing and directing arts documentaries for television, including work on *The South Bank Show* and *Grand Designs*. She studied English at Keble College, Oxford.

Alison has served as producer or executive producer on several feature films and television dramas. Her credits include *The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas* (2008), *Paddington* (2014), *Paddington 2* (2017), *Testament of Youth* (2015), *The Light Between Oceans* (2016), *The Secret Garden* (2020), *Wonka* (2023) and *Paddington in Peru* (2024). She was also a producer on BBC series such as *Page Eight* (2011) and *The Capture* (2019–).

Alison is the author of the novel *The Very Thought of You* (2009), which was nominated for the 2010 Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction.
