## Biography

Ross Emery, ACS, is an Australian cinematographer. He has served as director of photography on feature films including *The Wolverine* (2013), *The Art of Racing in the Rain* (2019) and *The Deb* (2024).

Emery has contributed to numerous productions as second unit director of photography or camera operator, including the *Matrix* trilogy (1999–2003), *Knowing* (2009), *Alien: Covenant* (2017) and *Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings* (2021). He has also worked on television series such as *Raised by Wolves* (2020) and other films including *Woman in Gold* (2015) and *The Giver* (2014). A member of the Australian Cinematographers Society since 2000, he is based in Sydney.
