Roy Cheung Yiu-Yeung (Chinese: 張耀揚) is a Hong Kong actor, born on 20 July 1963 in British Hong Kong. He began his career as a model before making his acting debut in Yonfan's *Lost Romance* (1986).

Cheung became known for villainous and gangster roles, starting with Ringo Lam's *City on Fire* (1987) and *Prison on Fire* (1987). He appeared in the *Young and Dangerous* series (1996–2000) and collaborated frequently with Andrew Lau. Notable credits include *The Mission* (1999), *Infernal Affairs II* (2003) and *Exiled* (2006). He received the Golden Bauhinia Award for Best Supporting Actor for *The Mission*. His final screen role was in *Just Another Margin* (2014).
