## Biography

Roz Weinman is a television producer and writer, also credited as Rosalyn Weinman. She contributed as writer and story on episodes of the series *Law & Order* (1990). She later worked as producer, supervising producer, co-executive producer and executive producer on the programme between 2001 and 2005.

Weinman held comparable producing roles on *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (1999) and *Law & Order: Criminal Intent* (2001). She also wrote an episode of *Law & Order: UK* (2009). Earlier, she served as an NBC executive in standards and practices and oversaw East Coast entertainment programming, including the *Law & Order* franchise.

She was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series as a producer on *Law & Order* in 2002. Weinman was co-executive producer of the television film *She Cried No* (1996).
