## Biography

Rudy Pankow is an American actor. He is best known for his role as JJ Maybank in the Netflix series *Outer Banks* (2020–2024).

He began his career with guest roles in series including *The Politician* (2019) and *Solve* (2019), and appeared in the music video for Muse's "Thought Contagion" (2018). His film credits include Young Sam in *Uncharted* (2022), Jimmy in *5lbs of Pressure* (2024) and Scotty Landry in *Reminders of Him* (2026). In 2024 he played Romeo in a production of *Romeo and Juliet* at the American Repertory Theatre. Since 2020 he has been in a relationship with Elaine Siemek, who has worked on *Outer Banks*.
