Rupert Jarvis was a British costume designer who worked primarily in television. He provided costumes for several stories in the original run of the BBC series *Doctor Who*, including *The Stones of Blood* (1978) and *Nightmare of Eden* (1979). He also designed costumes for the BBC science fiction series *Blake's 7*.

Jarvis's other credits include work on series such as *Jane* (1982–1984) and various BBC comedy and drama productions. He died on 26 April 2013.
