Ryan Allen is a Canadian actor and writer. Born in Toronto in 1990, he grew up in Scarborough, Ontario, and trained in theatre at Wexford Collegiate School for the Arts.

He is known for television roles including Gord in *Between* (2015–2016) and Morris in *Shoresy* (2022–), and film appearances such as Palmer in *In the Shadow of the Moon* (2019) and Deputy Blaine Anderson in *Normal* (2026). Allen has also written episodes of *Shoresy* and co-written and produced the feature *The Devil Comes at Night* (2023).
