Ryan Brown is a film editor based in Colorado. He has worked as a freelance picture editor for approximately eighteen years, primarily on dark comedies.

Brown graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder film programme in 2001. He began editing skateboard videos as a teenager and later moved to Los Angeles before returning to Colorado.

His credits include *Paper Heart* (2009) and *Nimrods* (2026, also known as *New Year's Rev*), which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. He has also edited projects for directors including Jeff Baena and Jake Johnson.
