Ryan DeGard is a television producer. His birth name is Ryan Jon Bengfort. He graduated from the University of Iowa, where he studied film, and began working in television production shortly afterwards.

DeGard has held producer, co-producer, supervising producer and consulting producer roles on numerous series. These include *The Walking Dead* (2016–2022), *Luke Cage* (2016), *Invasion* (2021–), the spin-offs *The Walking Dead: Dead City* (2023–), *The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon* (2023–) and *The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live* (2024), and *Sugar* (2024–). He is credited as a producer on the second season of *Sugar*.
