Ryan Sands is an American actor from Washington, D.C. He began his career with guest roles in television series and made his feature film debut in *Step Up* (2006) as the History Teacher.

Sands had a recurring role as Officer Lloyd 'Truck' Garrick in the HBO series *The Wire* (2004–2008). He is known for playing Geoffrey Wilder in the Hulu series *Marvel's Runaways* (2017–2019) and has appeared in episodes of *Grimm* (2011), *Castle* (2009), *Scorpion* (2014), *NCIS* (2003), *FBI: Most Wanted* (2020) and *The Cleaning Lady* (2022–2025). He has also worked as a graphic designer and illustrator.
