Ryô Horibe is a Japanese visual effects artist and cinematographer. He was born in 1974 in Kumamoto, Japan.

He has worked primarily with Digital Frontier. Horibe served as CG director on the animated films *Wolf Children* (2012), *The Boy and the Beast* (2015), *Mirai* (2018), *Belle* (2021) and *Scarlet* (2025). He was also credited as cinematographer on *Wolf Children* and *The Boy and the Beast*.
