Ryu Seung-soo is a South Korean actor. He made his film debut in a minor role in Park Chan-wook's *Trio* (1997) and has worked primarily as a supporting actor in cinema and television.

He trained at the Seoul Institute of the Arts. His credits include the comedy *Hi! Dharma!* (2001), the western *The Good, the Bad, the Weird* (2008) as Man-gil, the war film *The Front Line* (2011), and the television series *Winter Sonata* (2002) and *The Chaser* (2012).
