## Biography

Ryu Soo-young is a South Korean actor. He made his television debut as a college student on a cooking programme in 1998 and appeared in the film *Summertime* (2001). He studied business administration at Myongji University.

He is known for his roles as Lee Doo-young in the series *Bloodhounds* (2023–), Baek Jae-min in *Queenmaker* (2023), Captain Park Cheol-woo in *Steel Rain 2: Summit* (2020), and a cameo in *The Attorney* (2013). He has also appeared in numerous television dramas including *Endless Love* (2014) and *Father Is Strange* (2017).

Ryu has worked as a chef and featured on variety and cooking shows. He married actress Park Ha-sun in 2017; they have one child.
