Sam Shaw is an American television writer and producer. He trained at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and began working in television on the series *The Evidence* (2006).

He wrote three episodes of *Masters of Sex* (2013). Shaw created and wrote for *Manhattan* (2014) and co-created and served as showrunner on *Castle Rock* (2018). He received a Writers Guild of America Award for the latter series.
