Samantha Howard Corbin, also credited as Samantha Corbin-Miller and Samantha Corbin, is an American television writer and producer.

She began her career writing episodes of *The Marshal* (1995). She joined *ER* (1994) as a story editor and writer for the third season, advancing to executive story editor and later co-producer on the fifth season, for which she wrote seven episodes. The fifth season received a shared Emmy nomination for Outstanding Drama Series.
