## Biography

Samuli Edelmann is a Finnish actor and singer. He graduated from the Theatre Academy of Finland in 1991 and first appeared in films including *Talvisota* (1989).

His breakthrough screen role was as Vähy in *Veturimiehet heiluttaa* (1992). Other notable film credits include *Häjyt* (1999), *Levottomat* (2000), *Rööperi* (2009) and *Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol* (2011), in which he played Wistrom.

Edelmann has also worked extensively in Finnish television and is known as a recording artist, with early success including the 1991 single "Pienestä kii".
