Sandy Nelson is a Scottish actor and composer. He was born on 2 December 1970 in Glasgow.

He is known for his role as Chris the Postie in the BBC Scotland series *Still Game* (2002–2016), appearing across multiple episodes. His other screen credits include the role of John Wallace in *Braveheart* (1995) and Brian in the short film *Dancer* (2003). Nelson has also appeared in series such as *Rab C.
