Sarah Harding is a British television director. She began in theatre, observing Peter Brook’s rehearsals in Paris before winning a place on the Regional Theatre Trainee Directors Scheme. She spent a year at Harrogate Rep and later worked at Leicester Phoenix and the Young Vic, followed by the BBC Drama Directors course.

Her television credits include four episodes of *Queer as Folk* (1999), episodes of *Clocking Off* (1999), *Dad* (2005), *Poirot* (2005), *The Bletchley Circle* (2013), *Vikings* (2016), *Gentleman Jack* (2019), *The Expanse* (2019) and *The Man Who Fell to Earth* (2022). She has also directed *Agatha Christie's Marple* (2013) and *Maigret* (2017).

Harding has received nominations for her work on *Torn* (2007) and *Dad* (2005), including at the RTS and BAFTA Cymru awards.
