Sarah Podemski is a Canadian actress. She played Rita Smallhill in the series *Reservation Dogs* (2021–2023) and Kayla in *Resident Alien* (2021–2025). She also voiced Sky in *Total Drama* (2014).

Born in Toronto in 1983, she began acting as a child with an early role in the German series *Blauvogel* (1994). She is the sister of actresses Jennifer Podemski and Tamara Podemski, and of mixed Saulteaux and Polish Jewish ancestry. Podemski won Best Supporting Actress at the American Indian Film Festival for her role in the film *Mekko* (2015).
