## Biography

Sarah Winshall is an American film producer. She is the founder of the independent production company Smudge Films, established in 2016.

Her producing credits include *Strawberry Mansion* (2021), *We're All Going to the World's Fair* (2022) and *I Saw the TV Glow* (2024). She was executive producer on *Good One* (2024).

Winshall holds a master's degree in media management from The New School and is a graduate of New York University's Martin Scorsese Department of Cinema Studies. She has also written film criticism for publications including *Filmmaker*, *Screen Slate* and *Under the Radar*. In 2024 she co-founded the Los Angeles Festival of Movies with Micah Gottlieb.
