Sasha Alexander, born Suzana Drobnjakovic, is an American actress. She studied film and television at the University of Southern California.

She is known for playing Special Agent Caitlin Todd in the first two seasons of *NCIS* (2003–2005) and Dr Maura Isles in *Rizzoli & Isles* (2010–2016). Other television roles include Helene Runyon in *Shameless* (2011–) and appearances in *Friends*, *House* and *Dawson's Creek*. Film credits include Lucy in *Yes Man* (2008), Catherine in *He's Just Not That Into You* (2009) and Melissa in *Mission: Impossible III* (2006). She has directed episodes of *You*.

Alexander is married to director Edoardo Ponti.
