## Biography

Sayombhu Mukdeeprom is a Thai cinematographer. He graduated from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok and began working in the Thai film industry around 2000.

He is known for his long collaboration with director Apichatpong Weerasethakul on films including *Syndromes and a Century* (2006) and the Palme d’Or winner *Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives* (2010), as well as *Memoria* (2021). He has also worked extensively with Luca Guadagnino on *Call Me by Your Name* (2017), *Suspiria* (2018), *Challengers* (2024) and *Queer* (2024), and on other international projects such as *Trap* (2024) and *Thirteen Lives* (2022).

Mukdeeprom has received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography for *Call Me by Your Name* and *Suspiria*, and the Robby Müller Award in 2022.
