Scilla Andreen (born 16 November 1961) is an American costume designer, producer and director. She began her career in costume design on independent films and commercials before working on television series including *The Wonder Years* (1989–1993), for which she received an Emmy nomination, and *Party of Five* (1994–2000).

Her other costume design credits include *The Wizard* (1989) and *3 Ninjas Knuckle Up* (1995). She later became a producer of independent and social-impact films and is co-founder and CEO of the streaming service IndieFlix.
