Sebastian Jones is an American television writer and producer. His credits include writing and producing on the series *Friends* (1994), where he contributed teleplays, stories and scripts across multiple seasons, as well as producing roles from 2000 to 2004.

Jones collaborated with writer and producer Brian Buckner on *Spin City* (1996) and *Stark Raving Mad* (1999). As a solo writer, he contributed to *My Boys* (2006), *Hot Properties* (2005), *True Jackson, VP* (2008), *Hot in Cleveland* (2010) and *One Day at a Time* (2017). In 2002, he won a Primetime Emmy Award as part of the *Friends* writing team and received a further nomination the following year.
