## Biography

Seishi Minakami is a Japanese screenwriter. He was born in Kumamoto in 1967.

He co-wrote the screenplay for the 2006 animated film *Paprika* with director Satoshi Kon, having previously contributed to Kon's television series *Paranoia Agent* (2004).

Minakami has worked extensively in anime, serving as writer or series composition on series including *Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood* (2009), *A Certain Magical Index* (2008), *A Certain Scientific Railgun* (2009) and *No. 6* (2011).
