Sepideh Moafi is an Iranian-American actress and singer. She was born in September 1985 in a refugee camp in Regensburg, Germany, after her parents fled Iran following the 1979 Islamic Revolution; the family later settled in the United States.

Moafi trained at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and holds an MFA from the University of California, Irvine. She began her screen career with guest roles on series including *Blue Bloods* (2013) and *The Blacklist* (2013), and gained recognition for recurring and main roles as Loretta in *The Deuce* (2017–2019) and Gigi Ghorbani in *The L Word: Generation Q* (2019–2023).

She has also appeared in *Black Bird* (2022), *The Killing of Two Lovers* (2020) and voiced a character in *Scavengers Reign* (2023).
