Serafina Steer is an English harpist, songwriter and composer based in London. Born on 30 April 1982, she studied harp at Morley College, Chetham's School of Music and Trinity College of Music.

She is best known as a regular collaborator with Jarvis Cocker. Steer has released solo albums including *The Moths Are Real* (2013), produced by Cocker, and is a member of the band Bas Jan. She was part of Cocker's band JARV IS… from 2017 to 2022, during which time she co-composed the soundtrack for the BBC series *This Is Going to Hurt* (2022).
