Seth Banks (1915–1982) was an American costume designer and actor who worked primarily in the wardrobe and costume departments of feature films.

He received credit for men's wardrobe on *To Kill a Mockingbird* (1962). His other credits include work as costumer or wardrobe supervisor on *The Stalking Moon* (1968), *Marooned* (1969), *The Stone Killer* (1973), *The Sunshine Boys* (1975), *The Goodbye Girl* (1977), *California Suite* (1978) and *Nine to Five* (1980). He also appeared as an actor in *The Main Event* (1979). Banks was born in Ruleville, Mississippi, and died in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
