Shake Tukhmanyan is an Armenian-born American actress. She was born on 5 December 1951 in Yerevan, Armenia, and studied at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography from 1968 to 1971.

Tukhmanyan made her screen debut in the 1973 Armenian film *Hayrik* (also known as *The Father*), in which she played Lusine. She later appeared in both Armenian and international productions, including the role of Mrs. Erganian in *Sideways* (2004) and Irina Orlov in *Lord of War* (2005). She has also worked in Armenian television series such as *Carte Blanche* (2016).
