Shalisha Francis, also credited as Shalisha Francis-Feusner, is a television writer and producer.

She previously worked as an attorney before studying television writing at the Gotham Writers' Workshop. The classes helped her write a spec script that led to the Warner Bros. Writers Workshop and her first staff writing position on the series *Castle* (2009), where she also worked as story editor and executive story editor.

Francis has written episodes for *Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.* (2013), *Madam Secretary* (2014), *Minority Report* (2015), *Seven Seconds* (2018), *Station 19* (2018), *The Wilds* (2020), *The Morning Show* (2019) and *NCIS: Origins* (2024). She has held producing positions on several of these series.
