Shane Powers is an American actor born on 28 November 1970 in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Omaha Northwest High School.

His early television credits include the role of Guy #1 in the 1994 series *My So-Called Life* and appearances in *3rd Rock from the Sun* (2000–2001). He had a recurring role as Specs in the *Black Scorpion* television series and films between 1995 and 2001.

Powers played Dale in the 2022 film *Babylon*. He has also appeared in other projects including *Luster* (2002) and *The Jellies!* (2015, 2019).
