## Biography

Shaun Grant is an Australian screenwriter and producer. He is known for his frequent collaborations with director Justin Kurzel, beginning with the screenplay for *Snowtown* (2011).

Grant wrote the screenplays for *Berlin Syndrome* (2017), *Jasper Jones* (2017), *True History of the Kelly Gang* (2019), *Penguin Bloom* (2020) and *Nitram* (2021). He received a teleplay credit on the second season of the Netflix series *Mindhunter* (2019). He also created and wrote the 2025 miniseries *The Narrow Road to the Deep North*.

Grant has received multiple awards from the Australian Writers' Guild and the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts.
