## Biography

Shaun James Grant is a director and writer based in London. He began his career in music and photography before working in advertising and branded content for clients including Bloom & Wild, NFL x Nike, English National Ballet and Women’s Aid.

Grant has directed episodes of the series *Criminal Record* (2024), *The Devil’s Hour* (2022–2024) and *Hijack* (2023–2026). His earlier short films include *Hope* (2020) and *Sinking* (2021), on both of which he also served as writer; he edited the former. In 2025 he joined the UK directing roster of Merman.
