## Biography

Shawna Trpcic was an American costume designer. Born Shawna Leavell in Artesia, California, on 18 October 1966, she died on 4 October 2023.

She studied fashion at Otis College of Art and Design and received her first costume designer credit in 1990. Trpcic collaborated frequently with Joss Whedon on the series *Firefly* (2002), *Angel*, *Dollhouse* (2009) and the film *Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog* (2008), as well as on *The Cabin in the Woods* (2012) and *Much Ado About Nothing* (2013).

From 2019 she worked on Lucasfilm productions, serving as costume designer on *The Mandalorian* (seasons two and three), *The Book of Boba Fett* (2021) and *Ahsoka* (2023). She received Emmy nominations for her work on *The Mandalorian* and *The Book of Boba Fett*.
