Shazad Latif is a British actor. Born in London on 8 July 1988, he trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School before leaving early to join the cast of the BBC series Spooks.

He is known for his recurring role as Clem Fandango in the Channel 4 comedy series Toast of London (2013–2015 and 2022), as Tariq Masood in Spooks (2009–2011), Dr Henry Jekyll in Penny Dreadful (2016), Ash Tyler in Star Trek: Discovery (2017–2019), and Captain Nemo in the series Nautilus (2024). Other credits include The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2015), The Man Who Knew Infinity (2016) and the forthcoming Wuthering Heights (2026).
