## Biography

Shelley Farthing-Dawe is an Australian cinematographer who works across film, television and commercials.

He served as director of photography on the Netflix miniseries *Boy Swallows Universe* (2024, episodes 1–5), for which he received the 2025 AACTA Award for Best Cinematography in Television. Other credits include *Transfusion* (2023), *In Vitro* (2024), *Dangerous Animals* (2025) and second-unit photography on *Upgrade* (2018). He is a member of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS).

Farthing-Dawe trained in Australia and began his career shooting student films, music videos and commercials before moving into drama and series work.
