Shin-Fei Chen, also credited as 陈信妃, is a Taiwanese-American actress, writer, producer and director. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, where she gained an MA, the University of California, Berkeley, where she gained a BSc, and the Shari Carlson Studio.

Her screen credits include the role of Alexandra in Florian Zeller’s *The Son* (2022), Angela Chen-Boughton in the HBO series *Industry* (2020–), Tish Murtha in the feature *Tish* (2023), and appearances in *Doctor Who* (2005), *Avenue 5* (2020) and *Bulletproof* (2018). She has also performed in theatre productions including *Avenue Q* and *Three Sisters*, and works in voiceover and video games.

Chen was nominated for Best Actress at the 2022 BAFTA-qualifying British Urban Film Festival and has received seven wins and one nomination in total for her work.
