## Biography

Shinichi Kobayashi is a Japanese film and television producer. He is credited as producer on the 2003 animated feature *Tokyo Godfathers*, directed by Satoshi Kon, alongside Masao Takiyama and Taro Maki.

His other production credits include the 1987 television film *Hashi no ue ni oide yo* and associate producer on the 2007 video *Highlander: The Search for Vengeance*. He has also worked in planning and animation department roles on series such as *Beyblade* (2001–2002) and *Virus Buster Serge* (1997).
