## Biography

Shion Takeuchi is an American writer, animator, storyboard artist and producer. She began her career as an intern on *Adventure Time* and worked as a writer and storyboard artist on *Regular Show* (2010–2011). She later contributed to the story department at Pixar on the films *Monsters University* (2013) and *Inside Out* (2015).

Takeuchi joined the writing staff of the Disney series *Gravity Falls* (2014–2016), for which she received two Annie Award nominations. She has also written episodes of *Disenchantment* (2018–2019) and *Lost in Oz* (2016–2018). She created, executive produced and wrote the Netflix series *Inside Job* (2021–2022).

Takeuchi graduated from the California Institute of the Arts with a BFA in animation.
