Shirin Aghakashi, also credited as Shirin AghaRezaKashi or Shirin Agharezakashi (Persian: شیرین آقارضاکاشی), is an Iranian actress. She began her screen career in the mid-2010s.

She is known for her role as Esmat in Asghar Farhadi’s *The Salesman* (2016). Other credits include *Zohreh* (2019) as Madar, *The Opposition* (2022), *Conjugal Visit* (2022) and appearances in Iranian television series such as *Anam*.
