## Biography

Shirin Najafi is a television writer. She has contributed to the Hulu revival of *Futurama* (2023–2026), serving as writer and executive story editor, as well as to *American Auto* (2021), *Connecting...* (2020) and *Grosse Pointe Garden Society*.

She grew up in Northern California and graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics. After two years in investment banking she moved into entertainment writing. Najafi is an alumnus of the Sundance Episodic Lab and NBC's TV Writers Program.
