Shirō Ōsaka was a Japanese actor. He was born on 14 February 1920 in Noshiro, Akita Prefecture, and died on 3 March 1989.

Ōsaka appeared in more than 160 films between 1943 and 1986, often in supporting roles. He played Keizō Hirayama in Yasujirō Ozu's *Tokyo Story* (1953) and Hoshino in *Pigs and Battleships* (1961). His other film credits include *Red Pier* (1958) and *Forever a Woman* (1955). He also worked in television.
