Simmie Sims III, professionally known as Buddy, is an American rapper, singer and actor. Born on 10 September 1993 in Compton, California, he began performing in musicals and plays as a child before transitioning into music and later screen roles.

He is best known for acting appearances in the films *Dope* (2015) and *Gully* (2019), and the series *Rap Sh!t* (2023) and *Bel-Air* (2022). In 2026 he plays the rapper Artillery in the FX series *The Drop: A Snowfall Saga*.
