Simon Archer is a British cinematographer whose credits include director of photography on the television series *Humans* (2015).

His other television work encompasses *Doc Martin* (2009–2022), *Death in Paradise* (2015–2017), *Poldark* (2019), *Sherwood* (2022), *Thirteen* (2016) and *Rebus* (2024). He has also served as director of photography on *The Bachelor* (1999) and earlier contributed as a grip on *The Draughtsman's Contract* (1982). Archer is a member of the British Society of Cinematographers.
