Ashley is known for her recurring role as Olivia Hanan in the Netflix series *Sex Education* (2019–2021) and as Kathani 'Kate' Sharma, later Lady Bridgerton, in *Bridgerton* (2020–present). She received the Golden Nymph Award for Most Promising Talent at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival in 2024.
