Siobhan Byrne O'Connor is a television writer and producer. She began her career on *Law & Order* (1990), receiving her first story credit in 1991 and a writing credit in 1997.

She has written episodes of *Monk* (2002), *Third Watch* (1999), *Law & Order: Criminal Intent* (2001) and *Blue Bloods* (2010), on which she also served as supervising producer and executive producer. Additional credits include *100 Centre Street* (2001) and *Jumanji* (1996).

O'Connor is married to New York police officer Daniel O'Connor.
