Drum & Lace, also known as Sofia Hultquist (née Degli Alessandri), is an Italian composer and sound artist working primarily in film and television. Born in Florence on 7 February 1986, she studied film scoring and composition at Berklee College of Music and earned a master's degree in music technology and composition from New York University.

She frequently collaborates with her husband, composer Ian Hultquist. Their joint credits include the Apple TV+ series *Dickinson* (2019–2021) and seasons of the NBC series *Good Girls*. Solo and collaborative film scores encompass *Cobweb* (2023), *Look Both Ways* (2022), *Rosaline* (2022), *They/Them* (2022) and *Deadly Illusions* (2021). She has also composed for documentaries such as *At the Heart of Gold: Inside the USA Gymnastics Scandal* (2019) and fashion-related projects.
